2. Data Security & Sovereignty

We employ enterprise-grade security protocols to ensure your documents are protected from unauthorized access:

Encryption: All data in transit is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. Data at rest is stored on secure, encrypted servers.
Access Control: Access to Project Data is strictly limited to the specific production team assigned to your project. All employees and vendors operate under binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Physical Security: Our operations centers in Nashik, Mumbai, and Pune are monitored 24/7 with restricted biometric access to production floors.

3. Purpose of Processing

MindTap Solutions processes your data solely to:

Perform PDF Accessibility (A11Y) and Remediation.
Execute structural conversions (XML, JATS, EPUB, Excel, Word).
Conduct quality assurance and manual audits of processed files.
Communicate project milestones and deliver finalized assets.

4. Data Retention & Destruction

We do not believe in keeping your data longer than necessary.

Active Projects: Data is retained for the duration of the project.
Post-Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA), all source and output files are permanently deleted from our primary production servers 30 days after project completion.
Secure Shredding: We utilize digital data-shredding protocols to ensure that deleted files are unrecoverable.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

MindTap Solutions does not sell, trade, or rent your personal or project data to third parties. We do not use your documents to train public AI models. Your data remains your exclusive property.
